About the course
Applied AI Skills is a hands-on program designed to help you move beyond basic AI use and start applying AI to real work. You’ll learn how to communicate more effectively with leading AI models, automate repetitive tasks, build connected workflows, and create AI agents that can carry out multi-step processes.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll progress from advanced prompting and effective AI use into practical automation and agent-building. The focus is not just on understanding what AI can do, but on learning how to put it to work in ways that improve productivity, decision-making, and everyday business processes.
Learn by Doing
This is a practical, project-based program. You’ll work directly with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Zapier while building workflows around real-world use cases.
You’ll practice designing effective prompts, connecting AI to automated processes, improving and troubleshooting outputs, and building AI-powered workflows and agents you can apply to your own work.
